The photoluminescent safety helmet is made of solid Glow-In-The-Dark HDPE resin.The safety helmet is designed to make the wearer visible in a dark enviroment after only 10-20 minutes of exposure to sunlight or any incandescent light source.
The safety helmets are suitable for night time construction workers,miners,and other workers operating in low-light to dark environments.The safety helmet illuminates for over 8 hours,but the level changes from 1100 mcd/m2 after 6 hours of continuous glowing which is still brighter than the requirements of ASTM 2073
